Globe Telecom in The Phillipines is the worst company ever.

Here is my futile attempt to speak to a human after the internet provider here has quite obviously attempted to avoid actually providing any kind of customer service. For 1499 pesos (about HKD 250 or £25) the service has gone after just 11 days,making it one of the most expensive internet providers in the world,in one of the poorest nations.
